GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms : The customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions by placing an order with FSF Truck Services.

2. Orders:

Orders must be placed in writing at fsftruckservices@gmail.com and must include the following information : customer's name and address, description of the materials requested, quantity, and price.

    3. Prices and Payment :

Prices are those in effect at the time of the order. Payment must be made  before delivery. 

​

 

    4. Delivery :

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, etc. FSF cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from these factors.

​

 

    5. Responsibility :

FSF commits to working closely with the customer to select the appropriate material. We will exchange photos and samples to ensure that the choice is correct and that the customer is satisfied. Please note that all sales of materials are final and binding.

      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Ownership : FSF Truck Services retains all intellectual property rights related to its materials and services.

​

 

    2. Use of Trademarks : The customer may not use FSF Truck Services' trademarks without prior written authorization.

​

   TERMINATION

1. Termination by the customer : The customer may cancel their order before delivery of the Materials, but will be required to pay administrative fees.

​

 

   2. Termination by FSF Truck Services: FSF Truck Services may cancel the order if the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions or if the Materials are not available.

​

APPLICABLE LAW

1. Applicable Law : These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

​

 

   2. Competent Court : Any disputes related to these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida.

​

    MODIFICATIONS

1. Modifications : FSF Truck Services may modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
